- Original Plastic Wrap Seal: For a smooth return, make sure the item's original plastic wrap seal remains intact. This helps preserve its original condition and value.
- Unopened Figures or Sealed Boxes: Items containing figures or those sold in sealed boxes must stay unopened and sealed to be eligible for return. Opening them up could affect their value and our ability to process the return.

Damaged product or issues with your order? Anything seems off—like defects, damage, or receiving the wrong item—reach out to us right away. We'll sort it out!

A heads-up: Sale items are non-returnable, but for exchanges, simply return the item you have, and contact us for an exchange.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund status. If all's good, we'll process the refund back to your original payment method. Just keep in mind, it might take a bit for your bank or credit card company to receive the refund.
