How long does it take to process my order?

We typically ship orders out within 1-3 days. 

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing us at help@binkybay.com. If your parcel has been marked as dispatched then we will be unable to cancel.

Where do you ship from?

All of our orders are packed and sent from our workshop in Lancashire, UK. We don't ask any of our suppliers to send products on our behalf.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Parcels will be sent with tracked shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs fees/ import taxes that apply. But orders with only stickers/flat items will be sent untracked via letter mail by default  in efforts to reduce shipping costs. But you still have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping if you'd like. All tracked orders will be replaced if lost.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. What now?

If your order has not already shipped, we can fix that for you! Please send us a message via the contact form or email us at help@binkybay.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
